Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal/Specialist to support a busy company in the Twin Cities. This is a part-time contract engagement expected to last 3+ months. The preferred schedule is onsite, though a hybrid arrangement may be available. Our client anticipates a workload of approximately 25-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with preparation, review, and filing of real estate-related documents.
  • Supporting title-related tasks and helping coordinate various real estate processes.
  • Managing document organization, filing systems, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with notices, forms, and general project or compliance documentation.
  • Helping support activities tied to real estate portfolios across multiple projects.
  • Coordinating with Development and Legal teams on a variety of operational needs.
  • Reviewing and summarizing documents and other project-related materials.
  • Performing ad hoc tasks or research as assigned by team leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate, land management, development, or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting real estate documentation, agreements, or related processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with mapping or analysis tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in the Renewable Energy industry.
